Rosneft gets a drop in the Arctic sea

The Russian government will issue Rosneft the licenses for two offshore blocks, Pomorsky and North-Pomorsky-2, in the Pechora Sea in the Arctic region. They were on the list of the 14 promising Russian offshore fields in the Laptev, East-Siberian and Chukotsk seas, which Rosneft sought to gain from authorities.
