Estonia no authority for Gazprom

The Estonian government has rejected a Nord Stream company request to let it examine the sea bottom in its territorial waters with the goal of laying the third and fourth Nord Stream pipe lines. Estonia has been recently attempting to reduce its reliance on Russia for energy supplies to a minimum.
