go backAvtovaz starts Nissan model assembly

On Tuesday, Avtovaz started the mass production of Nissan Almera cars, using the BO production line, which had been previously used to assembly Lada Largus cars and for a pilot car assembly. It will be recalled that investments in the B0 platform (or a Logan platform, technically called B0) have totaled USD 400 million. Of this, 25% came from Avtovaz and Nissan each, and 50% was contributed by the French Renault. In addition, just before the expected signing of an agreement between Renault-Nissan and the Russian Technologies State Corporation, the company published an adjusted development program, effective until 2020, which, however, triggered a mixed reaction on the market.
